2. Late Returns: - A late fee equal to the full amount of the dress rental will be charged for each day the dress is returned late. - To avoid late fees, please ensure timely returns or contact us to discuss possible extensions.
3. Return Location: - All rentals must be returned directly to our boutique. Alternative return arrangements must be explicitly stated and agreed upon in writing before the rental period begins.
4. Condition Upon Return: - Dresses should be returned in the same condition as they were received, without stains, damage, or alterations. - Normal wear is expected, but significant damages or cleaning issues may incur additional fees.
5. Communication: - We encourage open communication throughout your rental experience. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate any issues with the return timeline or condition.
